Skill Requirements
* Ability to provide excellent customer service through both verbal and written communication
* Multi-task oriented and willingness to handle multiple projects at once
* Possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
* Maintain professional image and a strong work ethic
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to learn required programs such as Outlook and Salesforce.
· Essential Functions
· The specific job functions fo this position may include but are not limited to the following:
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students to encourage them to apply and enroll at theUniversity
* Communicate effectively with high school students and parents via personal meetings, phone calls, emails, texting, and social media interaction
* Conduct campus tour interviews and follow-up with personal notes and/or letters
* Prepare detailed weekly reports tracking contact numbers, application numbers, and daily tasks
* Communicate with assigned applicants and assist students throughout the admissions process
* Maintain detailed student records and interactions with prospective students using TargetX
* Supervise student worker’s responsibilities
* Ability to work extra hours during special events such as registration, Frontline, and assigned weeknights to contact prospective students
* Able and willing to travel for recruitment events including college fairs, high school visits, church visits,
* Winterfest, and LinkUp events, to represent the University
This position requires the individual to drive to recruitment events locally and across the United States, and they must have a valid license to operate a motor vehicle.
